Hack Everyone is a simple, fast, and fun way to hack all the NPCs in the game Cyberpunk 2077. You can easily and quickly hack any NPC in the game with this tool. You don't need to do anything else to use this tool, you can just install it and you are ready to go.
To use this tool, simply look at any NPC with your scanner, as you would normally do with QuickHackable NPCs like gangers. By default, Civilians don't have a HUD registered to them, and I haven't found a way yet to refresh the HUD after I registered it to the NPC, so for Civilians, you will need to look at them with the scanner, look away and then look back, and the QuickHack Wheel should now appear.
You are also able to configure whether or not Civilians are QuickHackable by opening the console and disable it on the mod menu. This way, only targetable NPC's like policemen, security guards, etc. will be QuickHackable.
